If you are not completely satisfied with the bra you have purchased, you may return it for exchange or a refund (minus shipping cost) within 14 days of the receiving the bra. A Bra Return Form is included with each bra purchase to return with your bra. The bra must be returned in its original undamaged package, and must NOT have been washed, or worn (other that to try it on for correct fit). We recommend wearing nursing bra pads when trying on your bra to minimize the chance that breast milk will get on the bra. Bras that are stained (including breastmilk or deodorant) will not be accepted for refund or return. We are very strict abiut this policy. Bras that have been damaged from laundering in a washing machine are not accepted for return or refund. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee for bras returned more than 14 days after receipt.If you would like to exchange your bra, your credit card will be billed for First Class shipping of the new size bra (usually about $2.50).

Returns Policyfor items other than Breastpumps and Bras

Babytalk will refund the purchase price of any packaged item purchased from Babytalk, minus shipping costs, as long as the item is returned unopened, and unused, within 30 days of purchase. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. If your order was over $149.00 and purchased with the free shipping option, returning an item for credit may make the value of your order less than $149.00. This action would invalidate your free shipping. Those returns will receive credit for the purchase price of the returned item but the actual cost of shipping the order to you will be deducted from the refund.

If you have purchased a breast pump or scale from Babytalk, and it is in warranty, but you believe it is defective, the first step is to call the manufacturer. Medela has a very helpful staff in their Customer Service Department. Contact them by telephone, toll-free at 1-888-MEDELA-8, between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Central time, Monday to Friday. Be sure to keep your receipt as proof of purchase, in case you ever have a need to call.
