If you are not completely satisfied with the bra you have purchased, you may return it for exchange or a refund (minus shipping cost) within 14 days of the receiving the bra. A Bra Return-Exchange Form is included with each bra purchase to return with your bra. The bra must be returned in the same new condition in which it was purchased, in its original undamaged package, and must NOT have been washed, or worn (other that to try it on for correct fit). We recommend wearing nursing bra pads when trying on your bra to minimize the chance that breast milk will get on the bra. Bras that are stained (including breastmilk or deodorant) will not be accepted for refund or return. We are very strict about this policy. Bras that have been damaged from laundering in a washing machine are not accepted for return or refund.
If you wish to exchange your bra for a different size the replacement will be sent by First Class Mail at no charge to you. Expedited shipping or overseas shipping is available for your exchange at cost to you.
There is a 20% restocking fee for bras returned more than 14 days after receipt.
