Sit the candeloos in their base to recharge during the day. When the candeloo lamps are removed from their base at night, they stay alight for 5 hours. Another way to use the candeloo lamps is to leave them in the base in case of a power failure. If the power fails during the night the candeloo will come on automatically. Candeloos are also great for night time or evening activites outdoors.
Candeloos are supplied in sets of two lamps - one fuschia with one orange, or one turquoise blue with one bright green lamp.

These are the original Candeloos as sold be Vessel. The product has since been bought be Oxo and renamed Candela Tooli. We will fully charge and test every pair before we send it to make sure that it works. Extra Batteries are available from Oxo or Vessel.

The candela lamp works on the same principle as the candeloo and guardian night light -- a set of candela lamps provided with their charger base. If the power fails the candelas will come on automatically. Candelas are really great for night time or evening activites outdoors, such as barbecues, or inside for ambient lighting for a quiet dinner.
